1. Memberships
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at . Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a membership term.
- Refunds: Refunds for memberships will not be provided. All sales are final.
2. Training Programs
- Cancellation: Once registered, a refund will not be provided. However, you may transfer your enrolment to another person if the transfer is requested at least 21 days before the program begins. To request a transfer, please contact by completing the form below.
- Postponement: Postponement of a training program must be provided in writing at least 21 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for rescheduling. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
3. Coaching Programs
- Cancellation: Once booked, coaching sessions cannot be refunded. However, you may reschedule a session by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
- Postponement: Postponement of a scheduled coaching session must be provided in writing at least 7 days prior to the session to be eligible for rescheduling. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
4. Consulting Services
- Cancellation: Once booked, consulting services cannot be refunded. However, you may reschedule a session by providing written notice at least 21 days prior to the scheduled session.
- Postponement: Postponement of scheduled consulting services must be provided in writing at least 21 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for rescheduling. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
5. Digital Products
- Refunds: Once digital products have been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued. All sales of digital products are final.
6. Physical Products
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with a physical product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at .
