The GPTs on this sample page are demonstrations only. They let you explore what is possible before you invest time in building your own. Because they sit on the public ChatGPT platform, you will need a ChatGPT account to open them and you should never enter information you would not publish online. BRAWT can’t see your chats or recover deleted conversations so always save anything important.
Use the instructions below to launch a GPT, give it clear context and keep sensitive data private. Verify critical facts with a second source and treat the output as a starting point, not final advice.

Instructions for using BRAWT’s custom GPTs
1 Check you have what you need
• A ChatGPT account (free or paid) – you can’t open the GPTs without signing in
• A modern browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari
• 10–15 minutes of uninterrupted time
2 Open the BRAWT sample page
Scroll to the list of sample GPTs
Click Open in ChatGPT beside any GPT
3 Your ChatGPT account
• A new tab opens at chat.openai.com
• Click Start (or Let’s begin) to launch the GPT
• A fresh conversation fr the GPT appears
4 Use the GPT effectively
• These GPTs are trained around specific workplace processes, follow the on-screen guidance
• Lead with clear specific responses and answer the GPT’s follow-up questions
• The more context you share (without breaching privacy) the more tailored the output
• If the chat gets cluttered, start a new conversation
5 Keep information private
• Free plan: your messages will be used to train OpenAI models and you cannot opt out
• Paid plans: you can disable training in Settings → Data controls
• Never share health, financial, client or commercially sensitive information unless policy permits
• Treat the GPT as a public space – redact details you wouldn’t publish online
6 Respect your account and our IP
• Don’t share your ChatGPT login
• Don’t copy or resell the GPTs
• Feel free to experiment, but leave the GPT settings unchanged
7 Good practice tips
• Verify critical facts with a second source
• Save key outputs as PDF or copy to a secure repository
• If the GPT misbehaves, refresh the browser first
